Our home in Eugene is our secondary home, one that we would use while visiting family. Because we had had a few not-positive experiences with realtors in Eugene, we felt good that we had found Michael. Michael listened to our concerns, was responsive to our many questions and, in our case, was truly the buyers agent. He was not pushy but, gave us all the information and let us make our own decision. Our advise to potential buyers or sellers is - know what you want? How much you want to spend, and be ready to make a quick decision. Michael is very hands-on, knowledgeable and certainly a realtor that we would recommend to anyone moving in or out of Eugene and needs a realtor’s help.
